As a result of our expertise in liquor licensing and the operation of licensed premises, we also regularly act in relation to a range of planning applications and matters concerning licensed premises.

In particular we regularly act in relation to applications to councils to modify development consent conditions including to extend trading hours.  We also regularly act in applications to continue, or make permanent, previously granted trial periods for extended hours.  We have conducted many development appeals in the Land & Environment Court.
