We are regularly instructed to act in relation to appeals, review applications and other proceedings in a variety of Courts and Tribunals (Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Land & Environment Court, NCAT).
In 2016 the Liquor Act 2007 was amended to allow review applications to be lodged with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) in relation to the refusal of certain licence applications/authorisations (including hotel licences, packaged liquor licences and certain extended trading authorisations). Our firm has conducted more cases before NCAT and the Supreme Court involving the interpretation of the liquor and gaming legislation, than any other law firm.
