Major Changes to NSW Liquor & Gaming Legislation

Presentation by Tony Hatzis to the Liquor & Gaming Law Roundtable 2021 CLE Seminar held at Grace Hotel, Sydney, chaired by The Honourable Anthony Whealy QC.

Tony's talk focused on important changes to liquor & gaming legislation during the past year, including the Nighttime Economy Act, the lifting of the "freeze" in Central Sydney and Kings Cross, new ILGA Guidelines, new after-midnight gambling research, the Gaming Machines Amendment (Gambling Harm Minimisation) Bill, ILGA’s disciplinary decisions re Dee Why RSL and ALH, and significant NCAT case law decisions.
